Refund & Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and—Just kidding. Let me know if you have a problem. We’ll work something out. If you bought the wrong game, if you hated your game, If you’re that guy I still owe a favor for saving me that night in Marrakesh, let me know. I’ll do what I can to make it right. I really want you to be happy with my games. If it didn’t work out, let’s part as friends.
Items intended for rectal use are non-returnable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Stale sandwiches flattened from being in your pocket
- Magic beans that failed to grow
- That weird thing your dog threw up while you were playing
To complete your refund, I only require proof of purchase.
Late/Missing Refund?
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
